New Year, New Places

On New Year’s I went to visit new places. New buildings, new landscapes, new lights.

I always find happiness on descovering something new, something I haven’t seen before, something that surrounds me and is different. You can say I always find happiness on little things, and also on the big things (nature, cities, etc.)

This year, I want to discover more. I want to travel more, to visit more places, and to try more things.

In this particular post, I will be showing you some photos from the 2016/2017 New Year trip, that lasted three days and included three cities: Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest.

First one: Vienna

I love Vienna, the city of music or “Stadt der Musik”. I myself love music. Been here for the first time I think 9 or 10 years ago, and fell in love with it.

Unfortunately, we arrived here at night, and I tried to do as many photos as I could, before we hit the road to the next city.

Next one: Bratislava

Before Bratislava, we stopped at “Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum”, but due to some adverse weather conditions which in this case I loved (the fog), I couldn’t see the Danube very well.

Oh I love Bratislava. Maybe it doesn’t have many spectacular buildings, or maybe it is not as big as other capitals from Europe, but it has something in its architecture and I find it interesting, especially with these Christmas lights.

The last one: Budapest.

This is not the first time I visit Budapest, but will not be the last one either. I love its imposing buildings (did I mention I love architecture and structure of buildings in general?…oh well…I do).
